Originally named a Sac-a-Depeches, the Kelly dates back to 1892 when its design was impressed by luggage that may maintain a saddle. The Kelly received its present name from the late Princess of Monaco, Grace Kelly, when she would use the bag to cover her being pregnant from the public.
